Voloridge Investment Management

At Voloridge Investment Management, I focused on advancing and enhancing graphical components for both internal and external use. I created and updated social media materials to promote new job openings, as well as designed graphics for new hires to share, strengthening our brand presence across platforms.

My contributions went beyond digital media. I also developed physical displays for job and career fairs across the country, representing Voloridge in our mission to recruit the next generation of talent. This work extended to creating LinkedIn banners for employees, helping foster a sense of unity between team members and the company.

Internally, I helped organize and solidify the Voloridge brand by creating a comprehensive brand style guide and brand media kit, ensuring all assets—whether for digital or print—were consistently formatted in RGB or CMYK as needed. I also introduced a detailed internal brand guide specifically for our intranet, known as the Voloridge Information Center (VIC). This involved restructuring and organizing the intranet pages, as well as developing materials to make the system more user-friendly and accessible for employees across the company.

Throughout my work, I focused on unity and cohesion, ensuring that every asset—digital, physical, or internal—looked and felt like part of the same brand family. This cohesive approach was essential in strengthening the Voloridge brand, both inside and outside the company.
